Cancer Research UK is the leading cancer charity helping fund scientists, doctors and nurses to work towards prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
There are around 375.000 new cancer cases in the UK every year every two minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with cancer.
Power Pop Radio is supporting Cancer Research UK in finding a cure to meat cancer before it spreads with your support we can beat cancer sooner.

1.5 million people in the UK have a learning disability We want a world where all people are listened to, valued and included, and not discriminated against because of their learning disability.
Our challenge, alongside people with a learning disability and their families, is to make this world a reality. But right now, people with a learning disability face inequalities in every area of life. Radio Midlands is especially focused on supporting the Derbyshire Location in their charity efforts.
Power Pop Radio & Treetops Hospice
Treetops Hospice supports people with a range of life-limiting conditions including cancer, heart disease, respiratory disease, long term conditions like dementia, neurological conditions such as Huntington’s Disease, and people that are living with frailty. We also support their families.
All services are provided free. We must raise more than £4.3 million every year to run. That’s about £12,000 per day. 70% of this comes from charitable donations.
