Alex Jones recently left fans concerned following her latest The One Show appearance.
The beloved TV star has been a staple on the BBC show since 2010. And on Thursday (February 6) she was back on hosting duties, along with Roman Kemp.
However, fans couldn’t help but share their concerns about Alex after noticing something different.

The One Show returned to screens on Thursday (February 6) with Alex and Roman back at the helm.
On the famous sofa were celeb guests actor Jason Watkins and comedian Maisie Adams.
But throughout the episode, fans noticed how Alex’s voice was slightly different as her throat sounded “sore”.

What’s more, one viewer even noting noted how the Beeb could have enlisted someone else to step in for Alex.
“Oh dear Alex doesn’t sound well…,” said one person on X. Someone else declared: “Oh Alex’s throat sounds sore.”
A third mused: “Couldn’t they have found someone to replace Alex?”
Alex ‘loves’ working on The One Show
In August last year, Alex expressed a strong commitment to her work on The One Show.
“I can’t even believe I’m still there. I just go in, do the job and hope no one notices I’m still there. I just love it,” she told Bella magazine.
Despite the allure of potentially bigger opportunities, Alex said she feels fulfilled in her current position on The One Show.
Alex ‘really happy’
She emphasised that while new projects are always exciting and challenging, her priority is the ‘bread and butter’ of her current role.
She insisted she was “really happy” on the show despite people asking if she wanted to move on to other opportunities.
Also, as the breadwinner for her family, Alex said the longevity and stability is a major priority.
